Backcountry Trail Construction

Trail Location: South Hero, VT

 

Project Profile:

The Landon Farm Community Trail weaves through hardwood forests that border an organic beef farm. The trail is designed for hikers, walkers, and equestrian use.

 

The split rail fence and crushed stone surfacing define the trail corridor and provide a safe trail experience to the variety of users.

 

After designing the trail, Timber & Stone, LLC constructed alongside volunteers, students, and members of local land trusts.
